Who processes the data

The controller is Isoflect Insulation SRL, CIF RO30340616, J2012000359286, with its registered office at Șos. Caragea Vodă nr. 89A, Domnești, sat Țegheș, jud. Ilfov. You may write to us at isoflect@isoflect.de.

What data we receive

• Through the project and requirements form: your name, locality, e-mail address, telephone number, product choices, surface area and the files you upload.
• Through the warranty form: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the product, the application, the date and the shop of purchase, and a photograph of the receipt or invoice.

Why we use them and on what legal basis

• To calculate your requirements, send you a quotation and reply to you: steps taken at your request prior to any contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To issue and manage the warranty certificate: performance of the commercial warranty (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep accounting records, where a sale takes place: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it. You will not receive commercial messages without your consent.

On the website we use analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) only if you accept them in the cookie window. Details in the cookie policy.

Who else has access to them

The website’s hosting and e-mail provider (Romarg SRL), as processor. If you request a delivery, the courier company receives the data necessary for the delivery.

How long we retain them

For as long as is necessary for the purpose for which you sent them to us: for the duration of the quotation request and of any contract, for the duration of the warranty in the case of warranty certificates, and for the period required by accounting legislation in the case of sales documents. Thereafter we delete them.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Write to us at isoflect@isoflect.de and we will reply within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Uploaded files are kept in the internal Isoflect archive and used solely for your request.
