Why Roof Pro
It works where the roof is most exposed: directly under the covering.
It reduces solar heat gain, manages vapour and protects the structure — with certified performance that does not degrade over time.
Reflects thermal radiation
The pure aluminium foil has an emissivity of 0.05 — the same value before and after artificial ageing. It partially reflects solar radiation and keeps the attic pleasant in summer.
Anti-condensation all year round
Sd 0.045 m and class W1 even after ageing: vapour escapes the structure, water stays out. The boarding and the insulation stay dry.
Mesh reinforced
The integrated reinforcement mesh raises mechanical strength: 350/225 N/50mm tensile, 200/200 N tear. It withstands installation and service without tearing.
Integrated self-adhesive strips
Correct, durable sealing of the overlaps, straight from the factory. Conventional tape applied afterwards does not guarantee long-term durability.
Part of System 10
It completes the Isoflect ecosystem where roof performance is addressed from the outside in. Naturally resistant to mould and rot.
The difference you feel
80 °C above. 38 °C below.
The difference between 80 °C and 38 °C is 0.4 millimetres thick. On a July afternoon, heat builds up under the roof covering that the attic insulation can no longer send back out — once it is in, it can only be endured. Roof Pro stops it before it gets in.

⚠️ Beware of similar products
The market offers products presented as thermally insulating, but those without an aluminium foil (ROOF PRO) or at least an aluminised one (ROOF ECO) cannot have this property. Such products can neither reflect radiant heat nor match the ageing and UV resistance of the Isoflect Roof Pro membrane.
Comparison

Position in the roof
Roof Pro is installed over the boarding or the thermal insulation, beneath the ventilation system formed by counter-battens and battens.

Installation
Simple, logical, efficient
Prepare the substrate
Surfaces must be firmly fixed, clean and smooth.
Install the membrane
Horizontally, across the slope, directly onto the boarding, insulation or rafters. Fix with corrosion-proof nails or flat-head staples. Lay loosely, without tension or creases.
Overlap and seal
Overlaps of at least 150 mm, depending on the slope. Peel the liner off the integrated strips and press by hand.
Ventilation + covering
Counter-battens fixed into the rafters, then the tile battens — leaving room for drainage and ventilation. Install the covering without delay.

Things to clarify before installation
Do I need a ventilation gap under the membrane?
No. Roof Pro is installed directly over the boarding or the thermal insulation. Ventilation takes place above the membrane, in the space created by the counter-battens and battens — that space remains essential.
Does Roof Pro replace the insulation between the rafters?
No. Roof Pro does not replace bulk insulation — it protects the roof on the outside, under the covering, and helps reduce radiant transfer. The Wolle insulation stays between the rafters.
How is it different from an ordinary diffusion membrane?
Beyond the classic functions, Roof Pro has pure aluminium foil (emissivity 0.05, stable after ageing), a reinforcement mesh for mechanical strength and integrated self-adhesive strips.
Can it be used on ventilated façades?
Yes. Roof Pro is a professional diffusion membrane for roofs and ventilated façades: wind and water protection behind the cladding, with vapour diffusion ensured.
How do I seal the overlaps?
With the integrated self-adhesive strips. For additional sealing details we recommend Isoflect Power Tape.
Is Roof Pro part of the System 10 packages?

How much does the temperature drop under the membrane?
On a summer day the temperature above the membrane reaches around 80 °C, while at the boarding it stays around 38 °C. Pure aluminium with an emissivity of 0.05 re-radiates very little of the heat it receives.
