We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. That is why we offer a clear and fair return policy:

1. Return period
Products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

2. Return conditions
    • Products must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories, labels and related documents.
    • Proof of purchase is required: receipt, invoice or bank statement (in the case of card payments).

3. Products that cannot be returned
    • Returns are not accepted for products made to order or customised according to the customer's specifications.

4. Return process

    • You will receive from our team all the necessary instructions and the address for the return.

5. Return costs
    • If the product is returned because of an error on our part (defective product or incorrect delivery), we will cover the return costs in full.
    • In all other situations, the transport costs for the return are borne by the customer.

6. Refund of the value
    • After receipt and inspection of the returned product, if it meets the conditions stated, the refund of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 7 working days.
    • The refund is made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase
