1. Delivery time
- The standard delivery time is between 2 and 7 working days, depending on the availability of the products and the delivery address.
- For customised orders or orders in large quantities, the delivery time may be extended, in which case you will be informed in advance by our team.
2. Delivery methods
- Deliveries are carried out by express courier services or specialised transport (depending on the volume of the order).
- We offer the possibility of direct delivery to the site, on request, for construction or renovation projects.
3. Delivery cost
- The delivery cost is calculated according to the weight, volume and destination of the order and will be shown before the order is completed.
- For large or palletised orders, the delivery cost will be established individually and the customer will be contacted for confirmation.
4. Order confirmation
- After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, followed by a second e-mail or a telephone call with the exact delivery details (estimated date, courier, cost, etc.).
5. Delivery areas
- We deliver anywhere in the territory of Romania.
