The categories of personal data processed are: surname and first name, sex, date and place of birth, data from civil status documents, telephone/fax, address (domicile/residence), e-mail, profession, place of work, professional training, family situation, economic and financial situation, data concerning assets held, habits/preferences/behaviour, image, voice, geolocation data/traffic data.

By creating the account and, implicitly, filling in the data in the account creation form, the client declares that he expressly and unequivocally accepts that all these personal data be collected and processed without territorial and/or temporal limitation by the Seller, the affiliated persons and their contractual partners, and that they may be transferred by the Sellers to them or to other entities in the country or abroad for the purpose of carrying out by the Seller, the affiliated persons and their contractual partners of activities such as, but not limited to, commercial activities, promotion of products and services, marketing (including promotional campaigns organised by the Seller and/or by other contractual partners), advertising, media, administrative, development, market research, statistics, tracking and monitoring of sales and consumer behaviour.

When a User creates an account on isoflect.ro, they will receive commercial communications from isoflect.ro only to the extent that they have given their express consent by selecting the corresponding option.

The data collected in relation to newsletters and alerts are confidential; isoflect.ro may select the Users to whom it will send newsletters and alerts.

In accordance with Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, isoflect.ro is obliged to process the personal data provided by Users securely and only for the specified purposes.

The purpose of collecting personal data is: economic and financial management, advertising, marketing, publicity, statistics, electronic communications services, informing Customers about the status of their account on isoflect.ro.

The completion by Users of the forms on the site is equivalent to unconditional acceptance that these data be included in the isoflect.ro database and used and processed by isoflect.ro, its affiliates and their collaborators for carrying out the activities listed above, including but not limited to providers of marketing services, courier services, payment / banking services.

Customers are guaranteed the rights provided by Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, namely the right to information, the right of access to data, the right of intervention, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to apply to the courts in the event of a breach of their rights. Customers have the right to request the total or partial deletion of the personal data. The Customer may request any of the rights listed above on the basis of a written, signed and dated request submitted to the registered office of ISOFLECT INSULATION SRL

Refusal to provide these data results in the impossibility of fulfilling the Orders.

isoflect.ro does not request from its Users, by any means of communication (telephone/e-mail etc.), confidential information, data about bank accounts, personal passwords etc. Should the User disclose them to third parties, they bear full responsibility for their actions. Thus, in cases of disclosure of such data, the User cannot hold isoflect.ro liable for any damage whatsoever.
