Copyright and use of content

The content published on isoflect.shop — the three-dimensional renderings of the build-ups, the section drawings, the product and installation photographs, the technical texts, the data sheets, the value tables and the configurators — is created by S.C. Isoflect Insulation S.R.L. and is protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as subsequently amended.

What is not permitted

The reproduction, copying, downloading, publication, distribution or use in any form, in whole or in part, of the renderings, build-up drawings, photographs and texts on this site, without our prior written consent. The prohibition also applies to republication on other websites, in presentation materials, in quotations, in printed catalogues or in advertisements, whether or not the source is mentioned.

It is likewise prohibited to use the content for training or feeding automated content-generation systems, as well as to extract data systematically by automated means.

What is permitted

Linking to our pages, quoting a short sentence with an indication of the source and of the page address, as well as using the technical data sheets and the declarations of performance in the documentation of a project in which Isoflect products are installed.

Our distributors and partners may use the presentation materials we make available, under the conditions established by contract.

The trademarks

Isoflect is a registered trademark. The product names — Reflectiva, Gold, Multistrat, Silver, Bronze, Roof Pro, Roof Eco, Floor Pro, Wolle, Power Tape — are used by us in our commercial activity and may not be used by third parties for their own products or in a way that could create confusion as to origin.

How we proceed in the event of unauthorised copying

We send a written notice with a deadline for compliance. If the material is not withdrawn, we address the hosting provider and the search engines for removal of the content, and in serious cases we reserve the right to claim damages, in accordance with the law.
